Home2 Suites By Hilton Las Vegas North

I really did like the property but I don't think the girl in the front desk really know what she was doing because the day before I spoke to her that I was going to stay until about 5:00 the next day because my son had a football game. She said that was fine and we didn't need to check out early but the next day came around she was very rude and disrespectful and said that we needed to leave by 11:00. It made me upset because she told me one thing so my son was under the assumption that he would be able to play go back to the room and get cleaned up before we head back home and then after we leave. And then she was calling me up saying we didn't pay when clearly paid the day before because the money got pulled out of my account but other than that the hotel is nice but I probably won't stay there again unless the staff gets better
